We are super proud to be British and our woollen industry produces some of the finest quality material in the world but, this is not why we only offer British made woollen products. We believe that the carbon footprint, produced during our time on this planet should be kept to a minimum.
"We source all of our materials and packaging within the UK, but that's not so tricky these days so we have taken things a step further and embedded real environmental values in to our everyday operations and we just never get tired of talking about it"
While we strive to reduce our carbon footprint by locally sourcing as much of our material as possible, we also think it’s important share our environmentally positive approach to business - why keep it a secret?
We are a tiny family business but we want to make a positive impact for our customers and our planet so you can rely on us to ensure that your purchase is as gilt free as possible
We source all of our materials and packaging within the UK but that's not so tricky these days so, we have taken things a step further and we just never get tired of talking about it. Within any successful business there are processes which ultimately allow for you as a customer to successfully receive your much-sort after product, and it is within these operational steps that we find room to improve. This attitude runs deep throughout everything we do at WBC and helps us to make a positive impact while saving time and resources.
We call them 'Values' and they are at the core of everything we do but we think they can be applied to everyday life too. It doesn't really matter what you call it, what matters is doing it!

We promise to always ask ourselves...
Is it ethical and kind?
Is this the most efficient way to operate?
What can we change to reduce our carbon footprint, waste and consumption?
Can we do it better?
What more can we do?
For most of us this philosophy can work at home too. Every little change makes a difference so why not pinch our values and give it a go at home with the family.
